1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

1.1 Refund or rework requests are only applicable for services provided directly by RK Group Services.
1.2 Requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
1.3 The service must have been performed under normal conditions without interference from the client or external parties.


2. Refund and Rework Process

2.1 Rework Policy:

  • If the results of the service do not meet the agreed standards, we will rework the service free of charge, subject to evaluation by our team.
    2.2 Refund Policy:
  • A refund may be issued if:
    • The service was not delivered as per the agreed terms.
    • The issue cannot be resolved through rework or alternative solutions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control (e.g., client-provided materials or pre-existing conditions).
    • Services where the client failed to provide access or correct information.
      2.3 Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may not qualify for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Emergency or rush services.
  • Custom-tailored service packages.
  • Services partially completed due to client-requested interruptions.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Cancellation by the Client:

  • Clients must notify cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the service charge.
    4.2 Cancellation by RK Group Services:
  • In rare cases where we need to cancel a service, clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
